Terms & Conditions

We Retain The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone Or Cancel An Order If Our Terms & Conditions Are Not Adhered To. Please be aware that our team needs between 48 to 72 business hours to thoroughly assess your request and assign a representative who will help you with the quoting process. Your understanding during this timeframe is very much appreciated. To speed up the process, please make sure the quote request form is completely filled out. Kindly specify the items you require when submitting your list. For standard rental orders, you can easily place them directly through our website.

DEPOSITS, CONFIRMATIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit, along with a selfie of the cardholder holding their I.D., and a Credit Card, are REQUIRED to secure the event. The remaining balance of the contract is due 10 (10) business days prior to installation/delivery. If the remaining balance is not settled in full 10 (10) business days before the scheduled installation/delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and NO REFUND will be processed. In the event of cancellation, any payments made on an order are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NO CREDIT will be issued regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Custom or special items cannot be canceled. Specialty items include, but are not limited to, specialty cut linens and those requiring Jumpers Jahuey LLC to custom manufacture, sub-rent, or acquire equipment. Additional items may be added to orders up to ten (10) business days before the event. No credit will be granted for items not used. Unless the order is confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to alterations. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT ON YOUR INVOICE, YOU HAVE NO ORDER WITH US. WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ITEMS UNLESS A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Window Time Ground Delivery & Pickup: Delivery will occur 1-3 days before the event, and pick-up may occur 1-3 days after the event, with 8-12 hour delivery/pick-up timeframes. We will contact you ONE (1) DAY BEFORE or 2-4 hours prior to delivery and pick-up. The client agrees to be accessible and adaptable for delivery up to 1-3 days before the event and pick-up for up to 1-3 days after the event. The client or an appointed representative must be present for the ENTIRE delivery time frame. The client is allowing us to organize their order according to our discretion. All items will be delivered and collected at a designated location. Venue Ground Level Delivery & Pickup: Delivery may happen the day before the event OR on the morning of the event, and pick-up will be the day after the event OR a late-night pick-up. The customer must provide access to the venue for 4-5 hours before the event starts and 3-4 hours for pick-up, unless otherwise agreed upon, depending on the items rented. Specific Time Delivery & Pickup: Deliveries and pickups with a 1-hour window can be arranged for additional fees. Extra urgent deliveries and pickups are available upon request. Same-day and/or late evening pickups can also be arranged at an extra charge. Specific time deliveries and pickups do not guarantee exact arrival times; rather, they ensure a designated time frame for arrival. Please be aware that there may be occasional delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. In regard to specific time requests, we will prioritize and adhere to the timeframe requested by the customer. We reserve the right to apply additional fees at the time of delivery if the client has not informed us of any difficult access points. ALL INVOICES ARE CONSIDERED WINDOW TIME UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE INVOICE. CLIENT AGREES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN RESERVING WITH US.

INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS

The customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the rented items, ensuring all persons and property are protected from injury and damage. The customer agrees to hold Jumpers Jahuey LLC harmless from any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorney’s fees, and costs of any kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or deaths to individuals and damage to property arising from the use, maintenance, instruction, possession, ownership, or rental of the rented items.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE-DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY

The customer is fully aware and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury or damage associated with the use or operation of the rented items and hereby voluntarily enters into this rental agreement, assuming all the aforementioned risks of injury or damage. The customer agrees to release and discharge Jumpers Jahuey LLC from any and all responsibility or liability arising out of such injuries or damages resulting from the use or operation of the rental items. The customer further agrees to waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for injury or damage against Jumpers Jahuey LLC that the customer may otherwise be entitled to assert. We are not liable for any damage to cement, grass, tennis courts, or any type of flooring that may occur during the setup of tents or rentals. Please be advised that we do not provide any flooring cover unless it has been specifically rented from us. If you wish to protect your flooring, we recommend that you bring your own covering.

SITE PREPARATION

The customer agrees to have the area where the rental items will be placed cleared of all obstacles, both natural and man-made (i.e., mowed lawns, moved vehicles, cleaned cement, etc.) prior to the arrival of the crew from Jumpers Jahuey LLC. Should the customer fail to do so, they will be responsible for covering any and all costs incurred due to delays, additional rentals, and any expenses including collection and legal costs.

PLACEMENT OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Jumpers Jahuey LLC requires a diagram or instructions from someone at the venue indicating where rental items should be positioned. Once items are placed in the initial agreed-upon position by the client and Jumpers Jahuey LLC, we will not relocate them. If the client requests to reposition rental items, an additional fee will be charged at that time.

INSPECTION

The customer acknowledges they have had the chance to thoroughly inspect the rental items and finds them suitable for their needs and in good condition. The customer understands the proper usage of these items. The customer also acknowledges their responsibility to assess the rental items before use and to inform Jumpers Jahuey LLC of any defects prior to use, NOT AFTER THE EVENT. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the rental order upon leaving Jumpers Jahuey LLC. The customer assumes liability for the rental equipment once the order has been unloaded.

REPLACEMENT OF MALFUNCTIONING ITEMS

If the rental items become unsafe or unusable for any reason, the customer agrees to cease their use and to notify Jumpers Jahuey LLC. Jumpers Jahuey LLC will repair or replace the items with similar functioning items, if available, and if the defect is due to normal use. Jumpers Jahuey LLC is not accountable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by delays or otherwise, and the customer hereby waives any rights or claims related thereto.

THEFT OR DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT

In the event that equipment supplied by Jumpers Jahuey LLC is damaged or lost due to the negligence of the customer, event attendees, or staff not employed by Jumpers Jahuey LLC, the customer agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, which includes shipping and handling. Items that are not returned to Jumpers Jahuey LLC within seven (7) days following your event will incur the full replacement cost. Please be notified that any damage to rental products will result in charges for loss or damage. This damage includes, but is not limited to the following: Damage incurred from moving items that should remain stationary Rental items not returned Theft Damage resulting from vandalism or deliberate misuse Damage caused by failing to secure Rental Items during transport Any damage that arises from overturning Any damage resulting from using the Rental Items in breach of this Agreement or in violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation Any damage due to weather conditions Damage inflicted by a third party Damage or loss will be evaluated as soon as possible after the event concludes. All visible damage will be documented with photos taken on-site whenever feasible. Jumpers Jahuey LLC will provide a detailed damage/loss report with associated costs. The customer must remit payment for damage or loss within three (3) days of receiving the replacement bill from Jumpers Jahuey LLC. If full payment is not received within three (3) days after the replacement invoice has been issued, an additional 50% fee will be applied for each subsequent day until the payment is processed. The customer agrees to forfeit their security deposit and pay any additional charges if theft or damages occur. The customer retains responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until its return. Please ensure that equipment is secured and protected from the weather and other external elements when not in use.

CLEANUP AND PREPARATION FOR PICKUP

All floral arrangements, trash, and decorations of any sort must be removed from tables and beneath the tent prior to the designated pickup time. The client is responsible for all damages caused by decorations. Please note that certain decorations can cause permanent harm to tents, linens, and other rental items. If you are uncertain, please inquire to avoid incurring damage costs. Decorations must not compromise the structural integrity of the tent. All tables and chairs should be stacked as they were delivered. Chiavari chairs should have their cushions removed and bagged, their dust covers changed, and be stacked six chairs high. All dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment should be put back into their proper racks or containers, grouped in one location for pickup. Chafing dishes, dishes, glassware, and flatware must be rinsed thoroughly and free from food particles.

WARRANTIES

Jumpers Jahuey LLC is neither the manufacturer of the rented property nor an agent of the manufacturer, and thus no warranty against patent or latent defects in materials, workmanship, or capacity is provided. The customer expressly waives all warranties of fitness that may be afforded by law or otherwise. No warranties for merchantability or fitness, either express or implied, are given. There is no assurance that the rental items are appropriate for the customer’s intended use, or that they are devoid of defects, and any and all such warranties of fitness, or otherwise, are explicitly waived by the customer.

RETURNING RENTAL ITEMS

All rental items MUST be returned and picked up on the date and time specified in the invoice. If the customer fails to return items on the specified date or time, they will be charged half of the total balance for every day the rental items are kept. At the conclusion of this agreement, the customer is required to return all rental items to Jumpers Jahuey LLC in the same condition as when they were delivered to them. The customer is liable for all damages or losses to the equipment resulting from failure to return it. If Jumpers Jahuey LLC has agreed to deliver the equipment to the customer or pick it up from the customer, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring from the time of delivery until the equipment is retrieved by Jumpers Jahuey LLC.
